TopLink-Exchange is a trade name under which MyCities.Net Work., does business relating to the TopLink-Exchange system. All users of the TopLink-Exchange system and service are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone determined by TopLink-Exchange to have violated these terms and conditions is subject to service termination without any obligation by TopLink-Exchange or MyCities.Net Work.

Exclusive Use
The TopLink-Exchange system is for the exclusive use of webmasters and web site managers. The following types of sites are NOT PERMITTED to use the TopLink-Exchange system for any reason:

• Sites that encourage illegal activity or racism
• Sites that provide instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities
• Sites that engange in libelous or harassing activities
• Sites that fail to publish or provide a clear means of communication (email address or form-mail)
• Sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email
• Sites that offer or promote the use of FFA's (free for all links pages)
• Sites that utilize turnkey designs within the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) and Work at Home (WAH) genres
• Sites that utilize multiple popups or sites that trap users with popups or javascript (or similar means)
• Sites that generate or resell leads
• Sites that offer 'credit repair' services
• Sites that contain little or no unique content or value useful to the Internet
• Sites that are otherwise inappropriate
• Sites that are blacklisted in google, yahoo, msn
• Sites that link to blacklisted sites in google, yahoo, msn ("bad neighbourhoods")
• Sites that display any content of adult nature

All sites violating TopLink-Exchange Terms and Conditions will be suspended and removed from the TopLink-Exchange system immediately. By agreeing to these Terms, you understand and agree that TopLink-Exchange has the sole and exclusive right to limit the use of the TopLink-Exchange service and to permit or deny in its sole discretion the use thereof.

Link Disclaimer
TopLink-Exchange provides links to other Internet sites only for the convenience of world-wide-web users. While TopLink-Exchange is a human-edited directory service which focuses on links to sites offering useful content to the internet community, TopLink-Exchange is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites, nor does TopLink-Exchange endorse, warrant or guarantee the products, services or information described or offered at these other Internet sites.

Emails
As a user of the TopLink-Exchange system, after adding link campaign, you hereby agree to receive periodic link status notification emails that contain only link status notifications which inform you about problems with your link campaign and help you to correct the situation in order to activate your campaign. To avoid receiving link status notifications you can remove your link campaign at any time from the system by logging into the TopLink-Exchange user panel and deleting your campaign in the "Manage Links" section.

Pricing
TopLink-Exchange is free for link publishers. Link publishers agree to place a 1kb file provided in the publisher panel on link publishers server. The file must be linked from the link publishers homepage. When accessed, the file displays links to all TopLink-Exchange network users in targeted directory. Participants in our "No Code Advertiser" and "Sponsored Link" Programs are guaranteed to receive the amount of links to their website as stated on the order page at the time of ordering or more. If, for any reason, the number of links falls below the stated amount, user will receive a written notification from TopLink-Exchange. One subscription is valid for one link. User may cancel the subscription at any time, however no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel at any time however please understand you must cancel in writing via our contact form (you must provide the username you signed up with). Cancellation in writing is for the security of all parties.

Ownership and Rights
TopLink-Exchange retains ownership and all rights to the TopLink-Exchange name, logo, software, web site, all data, and related proprietary information. TopLink-Exchange users may not use the TopLink-Exchange name or or logo or any confusingly similar variations or modifications for monetary gain or profit outside of the rights outlined in this agreement.

Liability
The TopLink-Exchange system is protected from network outages with redundant 10GB connectivity to the internet, and is protected from power outages with electric generators and other backup systems. Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a very high standard of quality for our services, no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability or timeliness of the services of TopLink-Exchange can be made and are not being made. All users agree to utilize the TopLink-Exchange services at their own risk. It is specifically agreed that TopLink-Exchange or the TopLink-Exchange system administrators, partners and sponsors may not be held liable for any damage to or loss of data or any information that may occur from the use of the the TopLink-Exchange system or services.
